Even though they ask for your email to verify your account, they reply in the chat box. You may want to make a note of the ticket number in case your browser resets and you lose the chat.
Be aware that when reviewing an edit request they can accept, reject, choose a different location, or decide that the wayspot does not meet criteria and remove it.
In this case, please don’t , as it will be abuse, the correct location is: 45.604031,11.572035, it looks like you are trying to put it in an empty cell, to make it appear in the game. This could lead to severe sanctions on your account.
There is a backlog. You have to wait. However, if you are trying to make an abusive edit - moving the wayspot away from the POI in order to get it into an empty cell - this could go badly for you.
You’re wrong. There are 3 total sings that are identical to the one i’ve submitted, don’t ask me why there are so many and i’ve submitted only one of them and it’s not visible from maps
Notice the landmarks and their placements there vs. the satellite view. Look at the placement of the bench, the playground equipment, and the tree compared to where this sign’s picture was taken. It should be closer to 45.604017,11.572346, but it’s so close to its current location that it’s not worth moving.
The sign you posted does appear to be a similar sign, but just at the entrance to that area rather than this sign specifically.
They will have replied if you were able to make a new request. A staff member may supply what that answer was. Since there is no street view at the location where you say it exists, they may have sent a request for location tagged photos or video proof that it exists where you say it does.

Only make this request if you can supply location tagged photos or video that confirms the sign is where you say it is.
I must say that comparing the current position on the map to the wayspot photo makes me believe that the sign is correctly located already. Trying to move a correctly located wayspot is considered abuse by the team.

They will reply here. You might receive an email from a system notification if you’re signed up to receive those, but they won’t email you about the decision. Just check back here, and you should be good!
Understandable, but requesting the movement of an existing Waypoint when it shouldn’t be moved can be considered abuse. Just be careful and be sure to be able to back up what you’re requesting with evidence. Hope this helps!
