Explanation of the rejection:
This nomination was automatically rejected by the ML system twice. The system mistakes this candidate for a generic wall or a duplicate of the existing Wayspot across the canal.
Why it should be approved:
‘Sea Level’ by artist Richard Serra (1996) is an official Land Art monument consisting of two physically separate concrete walls divided by a canal (De Wetering).
The opposite wall on the west side of the water is already an accepted Wayspot (Laatste stuk Sea Level).
This nomination is for the eastern wall, which is a completely separate segment of the artwork located on the other side of the water.
It is located on public land and fully accessible via a walking path.
Please review this candidate manually as it fully satisfies the eligibility criteria for art and landmark monuments.

First step is to appeal on the website (not here). There should be an appeal button on your nomination page. In your appeal note, it would help to include (online) sources confirming that ‘Sea Level’ is an official Land Art monument.
Agreed. Before appealing, get your evidence in place that this isn’t just a wall.
Hello
I thought this was the easiest to understand.
Well, there is not an appeal button and I read that this was the other option.
This is my first time to make an appeal like this, I looked up what to do.
What else do I need to do now to make this a better post?
This is very helpfull I guess because this is exactly what shows that it is a piece of art and that there are two parts.
We get two appeals, each on a 15 day counter before we can use them again. If you don’t have a button to “Appeal” on your contribution at https://wayfarer.scopely.com/new/nominations then you don’t have one to use currently. If you have never made an appeal before, you should have one.
You can also try a new submission instead of waiting to get an appeal back, but I have no suggestions as to how to take a photo of this that will look like art.
Agree, without a sign the AI will keep on rejecting it, you really need the appeal. I suggest to link to this forum post, as there is already a lot of information in this post.
Way before the “automated process” was live, I submitted this odd art installation with this generic but official name.
If there is any kind of sign anywhere, you could try something like this (that’s the art in the background behind the sign) and then add photos later.
The piece of art is cool, but how are the two walls not one POI if they’re the same work of art?
It never occurred to me that sections this large would not be eligible separately.
I would assume the “physically separate” guideline would apply to this art, too. But that could be another reason it would struggle.
