Hey fellow reviewers I’m currently reviewing a submission it’s for a martial arts school that’s for both kids and adults the issue isn’t the submission itself but the martial arts school shares the same address as the single family house and I’m not sure how to review this?
The building for the martial arts place is a standalone building with its own car park, so there’s no SFPRP issue as far as I can see. If it was being operated within the house itself, that would be different, but as the business property is clearly separate from the house, I don’t see an issue with it.
I’m more confused why they’ve tried to nominate it as a sign, when the actual place has its logo above the door and it’s the place itself that’s eligible, rather than the sign for it. And I’m also confused why they took the picture at that angle.
