I know it’s tempting to use descriptions that sound impressive but if doesn’t actually describe what it is reasonably correctly then it could backfire.
For example calling entrance signs monuments is not what they are. The same applies to this. This is an estate plan to show plots and locations - I don’t want to read anything into the fact that you haven’t shown the whole board so it makes wonder if there is wording on there that would raise an issue. Again be open and transparent. If this is good enough it will pass if it is not then attempts overdo a description or hide something is likely to lead to rejection.
Sidewalks are normal infrastructure the same as roads no need to mention them.
I would concentrate your efforts on the identified objects tgat do meet criteria. You will feel better for some success.
