Hola, buen día, se realizó un movimiento de Pokeparada y por error se movió a un lugar donde terminó desapareciendo,
Actualmente en nuestra comunidad tenemos muy pocas para poder jugar y está al entrar en una celda ya ocupada terminó entrando en conflicto con otra, habrá forma de regresarla al lugar donde estaba originalmente para poder restablecerla? Está la ubicación actual (19.6645299, -99.2287802)

If the current location is correct, you cannot move it.
If it is inaccurate, you can propose a correct location. Since there is no streetview and it isn’t visible on aerial images, I advise providing visual evidence of the correct location.
I notice that the wayspot at the location you mention is an active pokestop, which suggests it wasn’t the one that was moved. Do you have the name for the pokestop that was moved?
I am honestly confused if this was the move as to why it went away, but it doesn’t have pokestop status now on Map - Pokémon GO
There is something odd going on with the other Wayspot in that L17 S2 cell.
Please let us know if the status changes for either one of those after today’s sync, which should be in 3-4 hours. I am terrible about trying to figure out what is going on when stuff gets moved around on the map.
I had the same problem, @cyndiepooh informed me that there is a “tool” to fix it…
it is something i can’t share here as a third party tool - but you can’t find it by searching “wayfarer tools” to my knowledge.
i tagged you about it on the discord server that we are both in. (i think i can say that without it being removed.)
Hola, buen día, se realizo un movimiento por error de esta Pokeparada y desapareció por entrar en conflicto con otra que también se encuentra en el mapa, podrían revertir el movimiento, el anterior lugar era mas acertado al parque en el que se encuentra, esta son las coordenadas 19.664500, -99.228807, nuestra comunidad esta creciendo en jugadores y hemos tenido el problema de poder poner mas pokeparadas, incluso un gimnasio nos desapareció y se movió a la entrada del fraccionamiento el cual no es un lugar muy seguro para hacer incursiones.

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve with Campfire, but just to let you know, the people you are talking to are community members who are unlikely to be reviewing in your area, friending them will not help “get your Pokéstop back”, and asking for coordinated voting is against ToS.
Playground en Rinconada will not be returned to its previous location, as its previous location was definitely incorrect.
The current gym locations are perfectly accessible. I suspect what you mean is that the gym has moved 200 meters north and is now not as convenient for you as the old one was. This is unfortunate for you, but gyms are picked (effectively) at random in order that no players are favoured.
