Your situation is not the same as the other one in this post. Your nomination is unable to become a Pokéstop or Gym due to being in the same level 17 S2 Cell as “Moth and Skull Mural”. Each level 17 S2 Cell can normally only contain one Pokéstop or Gym. For more information, please read this post:
Your nomination does appear to be eligible to be added to the Power Spot rotation, so you may see it pop up as a Power Spot in the future.

Also I did have another question, do you think that my nomination will ever be accepted at any point or nah because the moth and skull mural doesn’t exist anymore since a new housing development is standing in its place. I was just wondering. I was hoping my nomination would be a gym because it’s a huge park ground but no gym at all
I am not really sure what you are asking here, but this is a very dense wayspot area that already has 3 gyms in the L14 S2 cell. In fact, almost every L14 S2 cell nearby already has 3 gyms. Three is the most you can create through Wayfarer, so you are not going to get another gym that way. The only way you could have more than 3 is if Scopely Explore would manually add a gym, like with a sponsored location. I set Map - Pokémon GO to only show gyms around the pokestop you mentioned.
Ah so no gym thanks. I see now. But I was tryna ask cuz the pokestop that’s in the same cell is for a mural that doesn’t exist anymore, so I wanted to see if that would up my chances that my nomination would be added to the map. My b if it’s confusing
If the mural is gone, you can report it for removal so your nomination can appear. I look into street view. It seems the building gone in 2022. You should have no issue reporting this
