New Pokestop Not Added to Free S2 Cell

I submitted an utility box art wayspot named Şiir Pano to this location (41.155673,29.034677) on July 2nd 2026 and it got accepted a month ago. Even though it is the only Wayspot in that s2 cell it did not show up in the game. What could be the reason?

There is also another stop in another cell not in the game. But they may both be geoblocked. Looks like there is a military structure nearby

Yes there is a coast guard base nearby but wayspots are outside of the base and according to criteria collection wayspots outside of the base are eligible.

If it is due to a “Property Owner Request” the block usually extends slightly past the boundary…

I see that the Wayspot in question is already live on the gameboard. Please let me know if that’s not the case.
