I opened up a request via the help on friday but no news from support, new way spot that got accepted got but on private property, we would need to bring it down about 15 meters so it can be in the park where the actual marker is.

Note that there’s not actually a rule about proximity to residences. If the wayspot itself is misplaced, yes, you’d want to get it moved. But if the object is actually at the current in game coordinates and just happens to be close to residences… not a reason to move it.
For example, if it’s a painted utility box along a sidewalk, but surrounded by houses… that’s actually fine.
We would still need to see the location on this. Just being a utility box does not mean it is not on single family private residential property.
