Welcome to the forum!

Is this being rejected for “Wayfarer criteria”? Does the email say “our team”?

This appears to be located on the personal property of the tenant of that space, not in a common area for the apartment residents which is what has been clarified to be eligible:

Communal spaces have the potential to be eligible locations for Wayspots: for example, a mural in an entrance foyer, an outdoor exercise area, or a dedicated social space.

Plus, it looks temporary. Just saying it has been there a while, doesn’t make it a permanent installation.

Glad you are reaching out here for feedback!
