Good morning. Unfortunately, I did not receive the Wayfarer statistics email, even though I have all the correct boxes checked. In the past, I also did not receive Pokémon GO emails, so I suspect it’s the same issue. I spoke with the Ambassador from the Netherlands, and they advised me to report it here.

Appreciate the pointers, thank you.

Just to be sure. Still no email and did everything that has been mentioned. Now waiting for a staff member as well.

私も統計メールが届いていません。通知設定もONにしています。お手数をおかけしますがご対応の程よろしくお願いします。

Hello, I am very unfamiliar with how to use this forum so apologies if this is not the right place. I was very excited to receive the wayfarer statistics email but did not end up getting it. I have event emails on in Pokemon Go but I don’t normally receive Pokemon Go emails for whatever reason. I still do get Pikmin Bloom and Wayfarer Nomination emails however. If I need to supply any information please let me know. Thanks,

Good day and welcome! [image]Wayfarer Recognition Emails How can I ensure I receive this email? To receive these emails, you will need to turn on the “Email me events, offers, and updates” setting in the Account section of your Pokémon GO account if you don’t have it turned on already. Follow these steps to ensure you have it turned on or need to turn it on: Open the Pokémon GO app. Select the PokéBall at the bottom middle of the screen. Select “Settings” on the top right. Scroll about a third of the way down and select “Account.” Scroll all the way down to the “Other” section. Toggle on the “Email me events, offers, and updates” setting. You must have this setting turned on at least 48 hours before the email is scheduled to be distributed. [toggle_setting] Note: To manage your settings, ensure you navigate to the Account section in your in-game settings. There are two similarly labeled settings, the other under Notification settings. Please ensure you activate the appropriate setting. We’re still new with this feature and still figuring out what bugs are out there. First up, is the above satisfied for your account? Has the toggle for emails under “Account” on as shown?

Hello thanks for your help, Yes I have that setting on in Pokemon Go and in Pikmin Bloom. Both I had on for a very long time prior to the distribution of this email.

Hi @theonlypixel19 Welcome to the forum :hugs: I’ve moved your topic into the main thread about not receing the statistic email. Here we’re waiting for staff intervention.
