Not receiving Wayfarer statistics email

@ScopelyExpAaron could you please take a look to see if the email is marked as sent / it was attempted to the addresses registered for us within the game - to see if the problem lies someone on Apple Relay’s side, or on Niantic/Scopely’s side? I am getting jealous of everyone getting their stats in! Thank you!

I actually received the email for February 2025, but have not received one since. I didn’t change the settings in PoGo, but today I toggled the “email events” per previous instructions from NianticAaron. I thought it might be interesting for someone to investigate why I might have received one email and then none since.

Hi, I haven’t received the Wafarer monthly reports and the Niantic marketing emails both.

  1. Yes, I have turned it on already. Additionally I turned it off and on again on Aug.8th. However, I have not received the recent Niantic marketing emails, such as the ‘Nickit’ Community Day emails, which were distributed on Aug.11th.
    I have never received the Wafarer Monthly Reports.

  2. Yes and no. I unsubscribed using the ‘old’ email address (Gmail), after recognising that it would be the cause. I then changed to the ‘new’ email address (Gmail). Nieantic Help JP has already confirmed that my email address has been updated to the new address. Of course, after updating to the new email address, I did not unsubscribe from the email.

Just checking in, I’ve received the Scopely / Pokémon GO Mailings lately, but still do not receive the Wayfarer Statistics. There is some improvement so to speak, but not completely,

Not sure why but the forum wanted me to come back here? I did all the suggested actions, answered the questions months ago, and have posted here in between, and nothing has changed.

I received a message from the official Wayfarer team today. They informed me that they are currently working on a fix. The message also included the results report for July. Thank you very much. I’m sharing this with everyone in a similar situation to let you know that the Wayfarer team is addressing the issue.

I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps and i have not recieved my email this month, nor have i gotten an email any previous month.

Yes, no, and no.

I even corrected my email on Wayfarer, which used iPhone’s Private Relay email feature instead of my actual email. The relay uses an anonymous email to hide your actual email. I have since turned off the feature, and I still don’t receive the statistics email.

I used to receive wayspot submission and approval and rejection emails, but these stopped. I also got the statistics emails for several months but they stopped several months ago. I used to get pokemon promotional emails but those also stopped about 7 months ago. I do sign in with Apple but I changed my email on wayfarer to my gmail, but this hasn’t fixed the problem.
