Según he leído en estos mismos foros en varias ocasiones, las piscinas, no solamente las públicas, sino la que pertenecen a residenciales privados (no unifamiliares) o a complejos hoteleros o deportivos, son wayspots válidos.
Sin embargo, me tienen loco .. hasta en el mismo recinto unas si y otras no. En un hotel si y en el de al lado, no…
Y luego, si las apelo, se aceptan, pero claro… Las apelaciones no es que sea un proceso rápido, siendo de una en una y cada mes jeje.
Part of the trouble with them stems from conflicting information given in the past. At one point in the past, some of them were clarified to not be eligible. This has changed since then, and now it’s as you say (basically eligible except for if they’re on single family private residential property or school property), but not everyone seems to have got the memo about this.
This changed about a year ago.
