Poke-stops Being Removed Unfairly by Community Leader

Hello, so I’m having this issue where my community leader reported my submissions. All but two of my accepted nominations still remain. All legitimate stops, but I do recognize that I had placed one of them in the wrong spot. For some reason all but two were removed when all of them besides that one outlier were all completely fine. We discussed this in DMs. I’m really upset over this because I spent a while submitting those stops. And after they were removed I got a 1 day ban from the game. Is there anyway to get them back without resubmitting? I wanna resubmit but don’t want another ban. Or any drama between me and the community leader. Can someone more experienced in wayfarer than give me some input?

Mod Edit: Images showing PII have been removed.

If the POI are legitimate and not already in the game, the best thing to do is to submit wayspots for them at the correct locations. Check your locations carefully - do not rely on your phone GPS or on eyeballing them.

If you want commentary on the location issue of your submissions, please provide the co-ordinates from the submission receipt email (it will be below the photos) along with the photos and title. For multiple submissions, post each one in a separate comment.

(I happened to see the discussion before it was modded and the community leader was being very reasonable.)

The best approach is to appeal the removal of those wayspots that are accurate. In general I would not recommend resubmitting a removed wayspot.

I did not see this before it was modded.

Wayfarer staff do not remove Wayspots simply because they were reported. They investigate, and remove if they agree with the report. Don’t resubmit removed Wayspots, because spamming ineligible nominations can lead to sanctions, and if they were removed, that indicates that they are ineligible, even if the community had accepted them. If there is something you truly believe should not have been removed, you can appeal for restoration in Wayspot Appeals
