After the onboarding has been completed, you may need to restart the app on your phone for the Wayfarer access to sync. Hope this resolves the problem, feel free to report back if it persists.

You’re probably using incorrect log in method or credentials if you have an account [eligible](https://niantic.helpshift.com/hc/en/21-wayfarer/faq/2098-how-can-i-access-niantic-wayfarer/) for Wayfarer.
