Just because a wayspot is accepted, doesn’t mean it’s going to show up in the game. Pokemon Go has a set of inclusion rules, to ensure that Pokestops aren’t too close together. What appears in game is determined by what are called “Level 17 s2 cells”; only one Pokestop will show up in a cell, under most circumstances.
