PokéStop accepted 3 days ago but still not appearing

Hi everyone, has anyone experienced something similar? My PokéStop was accepted 3 days ago, and I received the confirmation that it was successfully approved, but it still hasn’t appeared in Pokémon GO.

I know that approved Wayspots can take some time to sync with the game, but 3 days seems quite long. Is this normal, or could there be an issue with the synchronization?

Yes, this in the the same L17 S2 cell (outlined in red) as Poczta Ćwiklińskiej 9 (50.888693,20.651974) so it is not eligible to be used as a pokestop.

If the other pokestop is ever removed for some reason, it would be in place to be promoted to a pokestop. And it is far enough from the pokestop to potentially be added to the pool of Power Spots, but we don’t know all the mechanics behind how the game choses which of those to use.

I thought I should make a note that graffiti Wayspots are often removed when they come to the attention of staff. I don’t see much of this in my part of the world, but here is a clarification about vandalism (versus street art):
