I submitted a request for a PokéStop and it was rejected; I filed an appeal and it was accepted. However, it has been five days since the appeal was approved, and the PokéStop still hasn’t appeared in the game. I would like to know why my PokéStop hasn’t shown up in the game yet.

Your nomination is Accepted in to a database, the rules stated above decide whether it will be used in Game.
If you post the Title and Location (Long / Lat works best) then we can confirm for you.
