Description of the issue:
This Pokestop called Instructional Centre is currently blank: it has no photo, title or description. Tapping on the photo gives a black screen; the button to make edits is missing. You cannot spin the stop or add lures - it gives ‘Network Error’ - but you can use routes connected to it and Pokemon spawn around it. Looking at the stop through the Nearby Menu shows it has a photo, and looking on the Wayfarer map shows the stop has a photo and title as normal. Other pokestops and gyms in the area have pictures/titles and work as normal.
