It seems that there is a flagged as inactive wayspot at the other end of the cell. My nomination does not appear, even though it would be an accepted candidate that is so to say alone in its cell.
Edit for added info: It has been approved end of August, so time is not the issue here.
The deactivated spot and the new spot are not the same object as the name could imply - my object should be renamed to aquaeduct asap, as I did not do enough research when submitting but would like to fix it when it comes live.
Your analysis of the situation appears to be correct.
A ScopelyExp staff member would need to manually resolve this.

Your wayspot is very nice, but should be removed, as there is no safe access, and currently in the wrong location:

I agree. The underlying issue for “Media Park Stahlbrücke” can still be resolved, however.
