There is no such thing as a personal Pokestop request for poor health. Maybe you should make that suggestion to in game support.
Asking people to vote a specific way for your nomination can be considered abuse.

Not only is this just a common tree, it is in a roundabout, which would be a safety issue. You should probably withdraw this request if it has not gone into voting yet.
Normally we offer to make suggestions around a general area, but you have already said that your home address is where you want a Pokestop, so I would not advise giving that location out on a public forum, and we are unlikely to see anything that would be eligible with that constraint.

Wayspots in ineligible locations can be reported for removal.

It is possible that you have seen some experimental pokestops put there as a trial -
the areas in the first trial included parts of France.
A campsite is not an ineligible location
