Please Note: Niantic staff will have Niantic as the 1st part of their name.
The waypoint is still in the database (seen on the submission map) so if it is still not in the game we can only assume that the property owner has not been in touch with Niantic and the the “Property Owner Block” is still in place.
Hopefully a member of staff will see this and let you know.
Per this thread - Waiting on pokestop reinstatements to reappear in game - #2 by NianticAaron they did receive confirmation from the HOA and the pokestops are set to be reinstated but it has been since 8/19 and they are still not showing up again in game. It has been since 8/29 that NianticAaron confirmed on the other thread that there was a bug that needs to be fixed.
This is not accurate, there’s a handful of situations like this waiting for reinstation to happen.
Which is why I stated that “we can only assume” and “Hopefully a member of staff will see this and let you know.” 
Except we dont have to assume, its been confirmed they were in touch.
If there are two topics open for the same appeal, shouldn’t they be combined? I have been very confused trying to follow this.

That is why I admitted it was an assumption and that hopefully Staff would give a full answer.
A nice friendly “Please note previous posts and link to a 2nd topic that states their has been contact” would have come across much better than “You’re wrong, you know nothing” that was given.
There were originally two threads since there are two Pokestops that were impacted. The most recent thread did combine them here - Waiting on pokestop reinstatements to reappear in game - #5 by ravenclaw135 but there has been no reply and no update on this in months and the pokestops have still not been reinstated. I don’t understand what the delay is since I haven’t been able to get any follow up from Niantic. I also don’t understand why no one will reply on that thread. There has been no response since September.
