I don’t know if the stops will be removed. But in end there will always be a trigger for a rebalance, maybe this week, but might also take some time.

I have thought about my own reaction, but I still don’t see how I can answer your question without mentioning the abuse. You specifically mentioned this area as an example, and we cannot truthfully give you an answer without explaining that the example that you did see can only be caused by abuse.
I don’t believe people are keen to reduce the number of stops, but we do like to give an honest answer, even though this might be an inconvenient truth.
