I have nominated pokestop for one department outside a hospital and accepted while an other department with same criteria not accepted!!

Why would they be a great place to socialise, exercise or explore?
I’m guessing that not many reviewers in Oman have been properly educated on Wayfarer criteria. The maintenance department should never have been accepted.

Never use what you have seen in game as confirmation that they are eligible. Things slip through, criteria changes.
All we have at the moment is that it is a location big enough to have an hospital with several departments. I am pretty sure if you pass the location details then people here will be able to give you suggestions that don’t run the risk of being reported and removed.

Thanks for clearing that up, would not state it as rude, maybe a slightly clumsy way of wording it but with the previous comments on this thread I can clearly see why there would be an assumption of what was said.
It still does not answer the rest of my post…
