Hola. Estoy tratando de subir propuestas de pokeparadas con fotos y títulos diferentes pero cada propuesta me la rechazan. Cuál es el criterio que no estoy cumpliendo porque no sé si pueda seguir proponiendo siendo el caso

We will need the details of the nominations.
The photographs used and the text - a screen shot form the contributions page will be fine.
And if you are comfortable can you provide the co-ordinates of the location.
With that information we can look at it as reviewers and try to identify issues.
You describe the rejections as happening quickly. On the contributions page does it describe it as being rejected by the automatic system?
Hospitals do not meet criteria in themselves. There may be objects on the hospital grounds that meet social or exploration criteria - artwork, sculptures, statues, cafes, gardens etc. It doesn’t matter how many photos you take of an ineligible object, it won’t become eligible.
It is worth reading the criteria to see what makes suitable wayspots. For example at Niantic Wayfarer
