Olá, Desde o inicio aceito o meu erro e a punição que eu recebi pois não enviei uma foto tirada por mim por ter ficado timido de tirar uma foto da frente do local.
Mas Wayspots legitimos que eu enviei estão aparecendo no mapa que serão removidos nessa proxima atualização de mapa, E eles são reais e estão nos locais exatos, eu posso enviar as provas e fotos das localizações, inclusive um deles foi aprovado pela própria contestação porque a Anna recusou na primeira vez.

Wayspots do not get removed because the submitter has been punished. They might get removed because they have a serious problem, which the submitter was punished for. For you, this distinction might not matter!
If you have several accepted wayspots which have third-party photos, it is not surprising that they have been removed.
If you submitted via Pokemon Go, it is clear that must only use photos you took yourself.
If you submitted via the website, this is not specified, so please realise that it is mandatory to use your own photos as the main photo for a wayspot.

You have said you didn’t take the photo yourself for one wayspot. You cannot then say you took all photos yourself. Please clarify.
No wayspot em que eu tomei a punição eu realmente não tirei as fotos, eu aceitei a punição.

Eu não estou questionando o Wayspot em que eu errei, estou questionando os Wayspots em que foi realmente eu que tirei todas as fotos e que estão aparecendo no mapa que serão removidos.
The same ones that @gorgi1978 found are also showing the submission map, which is live data.
I just assumed you had seen some wayspots had been removed from Pokemon Go and so the map would follow - have they actually been removed from Pokemon Go?
Posso estar me desesperando sem necessidades então.
Porque meu irmão a 2 meses enviou 2 Wayspots, 1 deles era legitimo e o outro ele por erro proprio colocou 50 metros longe da localização correta e o Wayspot legitimo foi aprovado como padrão e o outro foi denunciado e ele recebeu o Alerta, após o alerta o Wayspot legitimo desapareceu do mapa no outro dia durante a atualização diaria.
Eu vou aguardar, a atualização diaria para mim são as 15:00BRT, eu irei aguardar até esse horario e caso realmente forem removidas eu informo aqui no Post, se não forem removidas eu fecho o post.

You are being unnecessarily paranoid I have not heard of Scopely explore removing legitimate valid wayspots simply because the submitter made a mistake with a different submission.
That one example might easily have been because the legitimate wayspot wasn’t actually eligible. Maybe Scopely Explore double-checked it after the location error and realised it was invalid; maybe someone reported it once they saw it appear. Often, wayspots do get accepted by reviewers that shouldn’t, and are on borrowed time until they get reported.

Posso estar sendo paranoico, é que a minha cidade é pequena estou tentando ampliar a cobertura com Wayspots validos para ajudar a mim e a comunidade.
Good luck and don’t worry about closing the post. Firstly, you can’t close a post as this can only be done by Ambassadors or Staff. Secondly, this is unnecessary - people very rarely comment on old posts once the issue has been resolved.
If you want advice about new submissions, you are welcome to post into the forum for advice.
Are you sure the brothers legitimate 1 that was removed had made it in to the game.
It is normal procedure that warnings / suspensions can get any still going through the review process are removed. This is to protect the submitter as much as anything else. Lets say you wasn’t aware of the 3rd party image rule and did 5 nominations. The 1st would trigger a warning but before you could do anything the others could take you up to the 10 year suspension. Removing any still in the process stops this.
Please take the current warning / suspension as it is intended and learn from it. Makes sure you are aware of all the criteria and come back making great additions to the map.
Do ask any questions here.
Post “planned” nominations in “Nomination Support” and advice will be given, whether it’s “Good to Go”, “Needs Improvements” or “Doesn’t Meet Criteria, Walk Away”.
You could also post your general location (DO NOT USE YOUR HOME ADDRESS) and people will scour the maps and make suggestions.

Your previously approved wayspot wont get removed simply because you got suspension unless there are some issue to the approved wayspot. I got suspension before and my approved wayspot is still as usual.
