If you want to provide proof that the POI for a submission does exist, the following would be helpful:
- screenshots of the submission email showing the details, including photos and coordinates
Unfortunately, the photos here don’t prove anything as there is no way of telling where they are from.

Streetview is old (2012), but this is what it shows. Are you able to take photos of that POI which match to streetview showing how it looks now? Assuming at least some of the same buildings exist, that should be possible.
The challenging part, if you look from the road next to it (at 2°26’32.2"S 54°42’16.5"W), you can look into the street, but you don’t see any reference points that the waypoint exists at this location.
I don’t see a mural, and the odd sideways aren’t visible.
You need to prove that the submission is real. One way of doing it is by taking video showing any verified object (that can be seen from street view and/ or satelite) along with the nominated object so that you can proof that the object is really at the location that you propose
Even that streetview is from 2019, so isn’t proof of much, as this could easily have been added since then.
