Any help here? I thought this nomination would be one of the best places and it was rejected.
The first time I looked at the rejection in Contributions it said reasons reviewers found
Lack of uniqueness and history ? But then when I went back in the reasons were no longer there.
Include the title, description, both photos, and in supplemental information
Copy and paste the title, description and supplemental so others can translate them
The Old Nicholas County Bank is not an active banking business it is now repurposed into a Beauty Spa and restaurant. Its located on Main Street beside the County Courthouse. The street has sidewalks along the side of the building. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

If you feel comfortable please share the location, as it is helpful (i.e. hidden duplicates), but you can mask it if you wish.
Sometimes you may need to refresh or log out/log back in to see the rejection reasons again. I’m sure it’s still listed as not being of cultural or historical value.
You did provide info on this being a historic building, what it was made out of, etc. it may have helped to provide a link to the listing with the National Register or another historical listing, and there are quite a few to choose from when doing an online search; below are a couple I found:
If you do not wish to resubmit, you can certainly appeal this, and I would make sure to include a link showing that it’s on the National Register. If you do resubmit, I wouldn’t name this “Old” but rather “Historic,” if you want to go with an adjective to describe the building. There are many old buildings that aren’t historic or of cultural value out there, so it’s something I stray away from when naming historic buildings.
Thanks for your response. For some reason the reason for rejecting disappeared. No luck on logging in and out. Hopefully it’s just a glitch. I resubmitted with more information and took your suggestion on the change of Old to Historic. It’s really a cool building here is a picture from the past. Hopefully it makes it way thru the second time.
Hopefully it does, as there are several budlings were I live, as well as where I grew up, that are on the register, and have some great history to tell. I’m a little bit of a history nerd, so this would be worth exploring to me.
