Rejected Pokèstop by ML, can't appeal

Hi everyone, so lately I’ve been struggling due to ML bombing a lot of valid (in my opinion) requests (in the community it’s a plague). Today it rejected this building. I’ll give you some info about it before so I won’t get the “it’s a normal building”. Then you can translate the description (the additional it’s already translated in english).
This house is the narrower house in my city. It’s quite famous for the peculiar shape and it attracted local newspapers to make articles about it and the local TVs to feature it live several times. In the additional info I linked both the main ones but there are about a dozen more, by googling: “La casa più stretta di Trieste” there will be a lot of articles/videos/tv, historical photos etc.

I can’t appeal probably because I have finished the appeals, but really ML also just nuked a public stair with a public garden, benches and pedestrian area that I proposed yesterday. Scala Dublino (Trieste). So it’s getting really frustrating. I have other proposals that I fear they will get nuked by it.

Title: La casa più stretta di Trieste

What is the current use of this building?

Shop ground floor, the rest used as a condo. In the narrowest part it was a shoes botique at least until 2019 now there was no info (closed due to covid).

It’s not a private residential property. The road and the sidewalk are owned by the City, and all buildings facades that are on public roads have to adhere to the legislation and can’t hinder or limit public access.

The building itself yes, which is on public ground

Can’t say if this building is all that unique, just looking at it on Google Maps:

Did you open the links?

It still doesn’t look unique, especially with the graffiti, and it appearing to be an apartment building. The narrow part, which is the building you’re submitting (there’s a few buildings next to each other here) looks like a residence on Street View, which is from 2022 and 2023, long after the shoe store closed.

This may be one that you do have to appeal, as the outside doesn’t really tell anything about the history of the building.

please open the link, that part can’t be a residence because it doesn’t respect the minimum requirement to be a residency, (windows, minimum square meters etc.)

Opening the link won’t change my mind on this. Even if you are saying it can’t be residential, zoning can be changed by whoever has authority over zoning at anytime. All it takes is for a request to be made and for the zoning authority to grant the request.

Also, 19th century buildings in Europe aren’t the most historical, but would be in places such as the US and Canada. I imagine that Italy has buildings that are much older by several centuries that are seen as more historical by reviewers, which is another reason why this may be hard to get approved by reviewers.

Hi, this topic is in slow mode. Can I please strongly remind everyone of the forum rules - please stay respectful, absolutely no personal attacks and please do not escalate.
