This Wayspot is Private Residential Property. The object is non-existent in the coordinates which violates Niantic’s strict guidelines regarding eligible locations. For the privacy and safety of the residents, and to prevent players from trespassing on private property, please permanently remove this invalid Wayspot from the game network. Thank you.
No streetview but on satellite looks like it’s just across the street? If so correct step is to submit location edit not removal request.

All the structures surrounding the location are private residences, I don’t know where this Gazebo is in the real world.
If you can go back a few geotagged photos or 360 video should help your case.

The start of the video shows an existing waypoint, South Admiral Village arch (14.499525, 121.026417)
About 59 seconds we can see the street names, Daly Road and R. Magsaysay.
And towards the end of the video, this shows that all the structures are private residential property, there is no Gazebo anywhere.
