There was a POI called Seahorse at about (32.9115995, -117.2255407), San Diego CA USA that has vanished from the Pokemon Go map as of 3.5 hours ago. It has been in the park for at least 4 months (probably longer but I hadn’t looked before) and is a valid waypoint and integral in several very popular routes in the community. It vanished with no notice or explanation.
you’ll want to take a photo showing the object at the correct location and make an appeal in the proper section of this forum
Its probably because its a single piece of equipment whereas the playground is already a waypoint. Single pieces from a playground arent eligible on their own.
That’s unfortunate but probably correct. It does make me wonder how it got approved to begin with though.
