This happened to me too. I had 6 nominations and got excited every time one was approved, only to be disappointed when it didn’t show up in PoGo. It’s frustrating and has honestly made me lose motivation to contribute more.
When you have wayspots densely packed, Pokemon Go will not use all of them.
To select which wayspots to use as pokestops/gyms, Pokemon Go uses a grid system and only uses one wayspot from each cell.
You can sometimes get pokestops close together, if they are near the edges of their cells, but the general idea is to prevent an area getting too much and to encourage people to go out and explore.
This works well in cities and other areas with lots of POI, as it provides a natural limit.
However, in rural and other areas with fewer POIs, when these interesting things are clustered together, it does mean you only get some of them in Pokemon Go.
Hi and welcome @highpaudel , I took the freedom of moving your post to its own thread since the question you are asking is completely unrelated to the military / property owner issue the OP of the other thread was asking about.
Your wayspots (as opposed to theirs) are ineligible to appear in Pokémon GO since Peniel Apostle Church (13.024979,77.645793) is already a Pokéstop. This is community sourced information about how Pokémon GO uses wayspots, you can read about it here: Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)
Note that you are asking this question on the Wayfarer forum. Wayfarer is a database serving multiple games which stores information about all wayspots submitted to it, whereas choices as to how each game uses them are made by the respective games’ teams.
