Request to Correct PokéStop Location

Wayspot Title: 三日月住宅管理組合掲示板
Current Location: 35.130769, 136.828305
Requested New Location:

City: Nakagawa-ku, Nagoya, Aichi, Japan

I previously contacted support through the chat regarding this issue, but I did not receive a response. Therefore, I am posting my request here in the forum.

I would like to kindly request a location correction for this PokéStop.

The current PokéStop location is slightly to the left of the actual bulletin board. I would like it to be moved to the center of the bulletin board.

I have attached a screenshot from the official Niantic Wayfarer map. In the screenshot, the black hand-drawn circle indicates the PokéStop I am requesting a location correction for, and the white circle inside it indicates its current location. The blue hand-drawn line indicates the actual location of the bulletin board.

Could you please move the PokéStop to the center of the blue line, which corresponds to the actual location of the bulletin board?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this location correction.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

This Wayspot has been discussed previously here, and staff have already verified that the current location is correct:

Thank you for your previous response.

I understand that you previously considered this issue resolved. However, I still believe that the Wayspot is currently slightly to the left of the actual bulletin board.

I have checked the location again, and I believe the position is still not accurately aligned with the center of the bulletin board. I would therefore kindly ask you to reconsider this issue and take another look at the location based on the information and screenshot I provided.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

If you are thinking that the position on the blue line will push this into an empty L17 S2 cell, it will not. The blue line is completely within the L17 S2 cell it is currently in.

To be clear, I am not staff. Staff considered this issue resolved. Staff do not acknowledge the use of S2 cells. That is community observation.

I don’t know how to check the cell information you mentioned, so unfortunately I have no way to verify it myself. If that’s really the case, that’s disappointing, but thank you for letting me know.

As this doesn’t fit the appeals category I am moving this to nomination support.
