I am writing to request a manual reset of my Bonus Location. My account is currently completely stuck in a “no nominations available” dead zone.
My active play area and Hometown are set to Kosovo. However, I previously set my Bonus Location to the United States. Because of the massive geographic distance and regional differences, the system is not feeding me any US nominations, and my local European queue has completely dried out. I am currently sitting at 260 reviews and can no longer progress toward upgrades.
Could an administrator please manually clear/reset my Bonus Location so I can change it to a highly active metropolitan hub within Europe? This will allow me to continue reviewing and contributing to the community.
Considering you accidentally set your hometown to your current location you can also ask for a one time reset of that. Make sure it is at least 200km away from your play area.
When you have a bonus location set, the only thing that matters for which reviews you get from it is the bonus location. It being a long way away from you has no relevance. It being in a different region has no relevance.
Can confirm, I just started reviewing again, and as my bonus location is still in the USA, I reviewed a lot of US nominations, as well as my local (The Netherlands) nominations.
