I would like to ask if you think it possible to revive an old wayspot area. It is located in Bielefeld/Germany and is a very large cemetery but also used as a park, with ponds, wooded areas and so on. It once had many pokestops but was banned recently because some years ago there was a complaint about some players. I have good reasons to believe I could get an official document of the City of Bielefeld withdrawing this complaint. But would it help? Most of the Stops would be illegal reasoning with the new standards. Would you think it worth a try?

If you can get the manager or office that asked for the ban of this location to lift it again via this form:
Then those could be reinstated, if that really was the issue. Even if you retreive a document from them, Niantic Scopely needs the answer to be directly from them, not having you as a middle man
Illegal reasoning? Meinst du, die ehemlaigen Stops wären an sich nicht akzeptabel? In dem fall würde es nichts bringen, dann kannst du sie nie zurückbekommen
Nach den neuen Standards ( nur Grabmale von berühmten Personen) wären viele nicht mehr akzeptiert worden. Nach den Standards die damals zur Erstellung galten waren die Stops ok…
Ah da würde ich nicht damit rechnen, dass die wiederhergestellt werden könnten
If it is possible that there are other items that may be eligible then getting the property ban lifted (if not too much effort) would not be a bad thing.
You wouldn’t be losing anything from getting it lifted, you can then try to nominate other possible nominations.
I can only speak from a UK view but churches and memorials can be accepted.
I have also seen several posts where it seems that the geo-fencing can sometimes extend the actual location so you may open up nominations just outside the cemetery.
