Would a small River 
beach, whitout any signs, be acceptable? On maps it do shows the location, whit a symbol marker. But there are no beach signs.
I can only find few topics and that are mostly about normal beaches, would like to have some more information.

Since the geography of a meandering river means you can get a small beach at each meander I think it would be difficult to say what is special about any none beach over others.
I had a look around and this might be similar to the situation you are referring to.
As you can see there are some blocks for sitting and it is locally a place to play in the water part of a large country park. So it is a distinct spot for socialising for the local people. But it doesn’t have a sign, no shelters, no proper picnic tables just some grass and rocks to sit on. I haven’t tried but maybe I should.

So I would say yes give it a try @elijustrying if you don’t use your appeals, it’s good use for location like these I guess.
