Several Declined submissions lately

Lately I have had several declined submissions for spin spots. The titles are the names of the local businesses, and the descriptions are detailed. The first denial were the auto so I appealed them and they were denied again all with the same reason “The submission lacks uniqueness or historical and cultural meaning.” I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here. My others have all been fine. Each submission has a clear title, 2 pictures, detailed description, and a reason why it should be approved.

Here is an example of what I submitted for each one:

This is our long standing local restaurant & pub. They offer breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Along with family fun on Wednesdays, raffles, and specialty t-shirts. It offers plenty of parking around the building and across the street by the public park. Enjoy a meal in our cozy town!

This is the local auto and tire shop for our community and during areas. They offer anything from batteries to brakes and tires. The service is always quick and friendly. There’s parking in the front and of to the side as well.

This location is the local Spa & Wellness spot. They offer services like facials, microdermabrasions, waxings of all sorts, sound and light therapy as well as Reiki. This is only some of the services it offers. There is plenty of parking space and it is located close to all of the other small businesses and park in town.

Please provide some ideas or insights on why this might be happening?

We will be able to give you better advice if you post the full details. Photos, Title, Description, Supplemental and Location. I suggest doing 1 at a time or it can get confusing.

Please Note: I can only give a UK perspective but should be the same worldwide.

These are usually accepted as long as you show evidence that they are Family Friendly and they have decent Review Scores (google etc).

This would be classed as Generic Business and does not meet criteria. Must encourage at least one of Socialise, Exercise or Explore. This is just a place to go when the car breaks down.

Not something I frequent or have ever nominated. Does it include a Gym? if so concentrate on that as “Exercise”.
