I wanted to try and submit a stop again that was marked not accepted as it was felt it was a seasonal stop but that is not the case . The stop possibility remains there with the Large White Chair – Instead I submitted the stop again versus the appeal. How do I cancel the nomination or is it too late ?
If your nomination is at in queue status you can place it on hold. That way you can see how the appeal goes.
If it is in voting it’s too late. If you haven’t yet appealed wait and see how that goes.

I am really confused by your post. Why did you think that you “should have appealed”? I usually try a couple of times resubmitting first before I use an appeal. We are much more limited in the number of appeals than the number of submissions. We get 2 appeals, each on a 15 day counter before we can use them again.
I would not have submitted this chair with the beer advertisement fwiw. And even if the chair did not have the adult beverage ad, you don’t show the location in the supporting photo. It would be difficult to believe that this is a permanent fixture here without more evidence. It does not show on street view. There are some white blobs here on satellite view, but nothing I can make out as a chair.
Permanent fixture is a good point . There is anorher simillar approved Large White Chair Pokestop several towns over that is not identified as "permanent " in my opinion. It does not look fixed to the ground. Since I saw the other chair I figure to try with this one again . The chair remains there in front of the place of business but * get it – with the alcohol part of it . You have a point about the alcohol signs . I only looked at it being a white chair but I see your point. The Chair is on the grass right by the business. I have a question . If the owners paint and removed the alcohol banne on the chair would it be considered or no ? It would look exactly like the approved stop a few towns over . Either way I appreciate the feedback here .

I think hold on to that appeal for now.
Have a think maybe about other things to submit.
