Someone copied my description, allowed?

As the tile suggest, someone stole my exact description for a marker.

Is this allowed?

Nomination I got to review which contains the copied description:

Prove that this is the description I use with date:

No, third party text is not allowed. I would have rejected for the stolen text and reported it to help chat, since other reviewers may not recognize this as third party. I don’t know if there is a correct way to proceed on this stated anywhere.

[AMG7070]

I have reported it while reviewing.

Should I report it to helpchat or wait for a staff answer?

[cyndiepooh]

i don’t think you need to report again.

Thx for the help

I just saw another one in the same area. Same exact description as mine.

Could staff maybe take a look at this?

I think there might be a lot more submissions from this same submitter with my text copied.

Prove that this is my nomination text:

And the next review was another one, same description as mine. Probably same submitter as suggested:
