Hello. Lately, someone has been trying to make playing miserable for me. He delete most of pokestops and gyms in my area. Is this possible to return gym and power spot „hotel i restauracja fenix”? It was in this area 50.0982622,22.0549387. Both gym and powerspot was deleted and gym was created there 50.099722,22.051088 it is Called “pomnik pamieci lotnikow “. Me and my local community would really appreciate help with returning this LEGAL gym and powerspot

The Wayfarer Team will have had evidence presented to them in order to remove the wayspots, so you will need to present evidence in order to get reinstatement.
Can you provide the titles and approximate GPS coordinates for each.
Then you will need evidence that they still exist at these locations - this is typically a set of geotagged photos to show the location/object in its surroundings, or if it’s easier a short video.
The team can then review them and decide.
It looks like it was a hotel and restaurant in 2019 (according to streetview), but in 2025 the signs are no longer visible, so most likely the wayspot was removed as it no longer exists in real life:

It was originally hotel and restaurant and now it became hotel especially for people from ukraine
So the current purpose is no longer the same as why it was approved. An asylum center is not a hotel/restaurant
Okay so in this case Can I submit a request to create a new Gym as a shelter? or it is not allowed. Additionally I have a few more places that got deleted and I just recently added them and them got approved

Can you share whats the nomination name and foto if available? Its hard to know just by seeing coordinate
So playgrounds can be approved but monument beside school is not okay? I understand safety reasons but other pokestops are also close to school and are not a problem
It depends if it is on school property. If so, it is a reject reason, or removal reason.
the second image, "This was pokestop „kapliczka najświętszej mari panny”, is appears to look on a single family, private residential property, and is a rejection / removal reason as well. A single home family ground is not an eligible nomination.
Fair with the second one. It’s on someone property. But 1 is not on school area. As well as 3 one. It’s on excluded area and you can see fence around it which separate from school/someone property
When I look at the third photo, i also appears to look at least on private residential property, especially with the sattelite view. There is a hedge / fence around the house, and the waypoint looks like it’s inside the fence.
Satelite view is not up to date. You can se on my photo it is surrounded by a fence. Which means it is not on these people property its city property. Same as monument
Anything on school ground is ineligible including wall or outer fence
So fenix is expired. 1 is school area 2 private property but 3 is out of private property or this is also counted even if there is fence that separate property from shrine. Literally 85% pokestops are on private properties and they are approved and no problem with it. How can local businesses can be submitted when all of them are on private property? No, it’s not private property. It single family, private residential property (SFPRP).
Private property is sometimes translated incorrectly in localized languages, but SFPRP is the rejection, not being on private property.
In short: is there a house where a single family lives? Deny by default.
Is it an appartment building, where multiple families live? no deny by default
Is it a private business? no deny by default
Hmmm so for example when someone have his business in his home(single family like you said). Like i would be beekeeper and sell honey in my own home. And i would submit it would it be approved?
