Specific Gym not spawning eggs or raids

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with a specific gym at a community park (-27.935895, 153.354350) and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue or knows what could cause it.

Over the past 2 days the pre-raid egg was not visible, but the raid boss would be visible when the egg eventually invisibly hatched. However, today this gym has not spawned a raid or raid eggs for over the past 3 hours, despite the surrounding gyms in the suburb spawning raids and eggs normally.

It is not just an issue with my account as many of us in our community also cannot see the raids/eggs.

I have already contacted niantic support but am yet to receive a response. Has anyone had this issue before or know whether there is a way to get this gym checked?

Update - there is an egg after 4 hours and the gym is back to being visible on campfire. However, i still feel like the issue may occur again. Any help/insight is still greatly appreciated.

Hello and Welcome,

That definitely sounds like a Pokemon Go issue. This forum is for Wayfarer. They work as 2 distinct departments.

You need to contact The Pokemon Go team directly, I believe there is a Help Function in the app.
