Hello, I have a wayspot location change request from a week ago, the request has been reset in my browser, I want to know what is the status of the request.#412227 .
I just gave advice on that earlier today. It isn’t just you experiencing this.

If you use that form, it does work, but the options I can choose never match what I want to do. We have been told to just pick something to open the ticket, and then explain in the text box.
If the acknowledgement email asks for verification of credentials, ignore it. A human will respond.
You may want to see if staff respond to this post before submitting a new ticket though. They are really backed up at the moment.
