Can we get rid of the submit section on Wayfarer?
It’s pretty redundant - appears on both desktop and mobile. Going to be even more irrelevant with Web(site) Wayspot Submissions and Edits coming soon.
Be honest, do you have any stats that users actually click / tap on the ‘Download on the App Store’ button or the ‘Get It On Google Play’ one? Doubt it is significant.
Logically, it just doesn’t make sure - you need to be a certain eligibility level in Pokémon GO, or Ingress (at the time), so you are being redirected from those mobile apps anyway. Not the other way round. And how many times have we seen people sharing their submission emails and not knowing about the Wayfarer website? If anything, that needs to be addressed more.
And you’re duplicating content again which is just copy & paste job. Also creating unnecessary work when things do need updating. Less is more here. I’ve fired people for being wasting resources. Hell, I’ve been fired for not being business focused.
