Hello, This is my first message in the forum. I have tried to use the support chat Edit wayspot a week ago with no response, after looking at a couple of forums here I learned that there is longer than usual waiting time in the support chat. how much time should I expect to wait now? ---

I stopped using the help chat and use the " Request modification or removal of a PokéStop or Gym" submission form instead. I get a reply within 24 hours, unless its the weekend. ---

My location edit ticket was recently completed after around 10 days, so please give them a little bit more time. ---

This is common ☹ The Help Chat uses a Session ID in your browser, if your browser decides to remove it then it loses the chat history. It will not be lost on Scopely’s side so it should still be actioned. Problems are… A: The current delays mean we do not know whether it is still in the queue or somehow it has been lost. B: If Scopely reply asking for more information you won’t receive it, when you don’t reply it stops the process. Hopefully staff will see this post and give you an update or at least supply the Ticket Number. Good Luck ---

Would be nice if a Ticket Number could be entered to bring the help chat history back. Understand that it might not be possible to retain the data forever but say it only removes it once it is deemed closed by Scopely + 7 days.
