Fui surpreendido quando acordei hoje e recebi um email dizendo que minha conta estaria suspensa por 30 dias por “Misplacement of wayspot submission”, ao conferir de qual pokestop isso se referia , era um pokestop de um versículo da bíblia escrito em um muro ao lado de uma igreja. Artes em murais são permitidas, artes/esculturas religiosas também, a localidade está correta mas ainda assim tomei esta suspensão para algo que foi recusado a mais de uma semana

What was the location mentioned in the confirmation email (right after you made the submission)? It’s the two numbers below the image.

I suspect the DM has provided this, but your submitted location is incorrect as the writing actually exists at -10.192504, -48.321585
You may have deliberately shifted the location in order to drop it into an empty cell, but this is considered abuse and the strike is correct.

eu coloquei mais a direita por ser um local de alto numero de carros pois a igreja é muito movimentada em vários horários do dia, as proprias diretrizes do wayfarer pedem que é melhor colocar em locais de acesso mais seguro, logo a localidade mais a direita
assim como saidas de campos de futebol ou entradas de predios publicos/hospitais

Sorry, that is not correct. The first rule is that is has to be accurate, and yes, if it is not safe your nomination will be rejected, but that is not a reason to misplace it.
it might be worth posting the link to the guidelines you have read, as you may have misunderstood them and it will be possible to unpick that

Indeed, I also had the feeling it was misplaced to get the wayspot in an empty cell, as the real location is not unsafe.
They mentioned you shouldn’t pin the location in the middle of the soccerfield, but at the side of a soccerfield, but still, at the soccerfield.
hospitals aren’t eligible, as they are both not a place so socialize, exercize or explore, and furhtermore, intervene emergency services.
