Last week, I applied for a temple, but after the review, I was rejected for no reason.

It is not always obvious where to post on this forum so as this is about your nomination I am moving it to nomination support.
If you could post screenshots of your whole nomination it would help.
You should be able to see a reason on the contribution page information.
If the email was within 24 hours and says “our team” vthen it was rejected by the automatic process.
If the reason for the rejection is not showing up on your contributions page, try logging out and back in.
We get two appeals, each on a 15 day counter before they can be used again. If you cannot see the “Appeal” button, you most likely do not have one available to use.
