Hello and Welcome,
The “Upgrade” only takes effect once the nomination goes in to Voting. It does not speed up any other part of the process.
There is a Random (usually up to 7 days) pause after the Machine Learning (eMiLy) has taken a look before it will go to “Voting”.
There may be other delays such as when you have nominated 2 waypoints close to each other 1 will be held back until the other has completed (stops duplicates going through at the same time).
Hope this helps.
