これを 9月3日(木) 0:30 に申請し
本日6日の先ほどくらいに審査入りしましたが
アップグレードがつけれません。
なお、この候補はコミュニティにより
一度
理不尽な否認を受けたため再申請をしています
否認理由
- 申請が救急サービスや重要施設（病院、軍事基地、公共施設など）へのアクセスを妨げる可能性がある
- 申請が一般にアクセスできない私有地にある
集会所が否認されるというのは理不尽ですし
こちらはGoogleマップにも登録があり
360度写真もあります。
場所の確認も取れます。
にも関わらず否認を受けたので
再度申請して審査中に入ったらなぜ
アップグレードが使えない仕様になっているのですか？
集会所が怪しいのですか？
以前のスレットを見ていると誤認があったりなどいろいろあるみたいですが
これはシステム的な問題なのか？
それともこの候補は怪しいと判断したのでしょうか？
適正基準を満たしているものを申請しているのにも関わらず
このようなことが起こるのはどういうことなのでしょうか？

I submitted this nomination on Thursday, September 3rd, at 12:30 AM.
It entered the review process a short while ago today (the 6th),
but I am unable to apply an “Upgrade” to it.
Note that I am resubmitting this nomination because
it was previously rejected unfairly
by the community.
Reasons for rejection:
The nomination might obstruct access to emergency services or critical facilities (hospitals, military bases, public facilities, etc.).
The nomination is located on private property inaccessible to the general public.
It is unreasonable for a community center to be rejected;
this location is registered on Google Maps,
has 360-degree photos available,
and its location can be verified.
Despite this, it was rejected.
Why is the system designed so that
an “Upgrade” cannot be used once it enters the review process after resubmission?
Is the community center considered suspicious?
I’ve seen past threads mentioning various issues like misjudgments,
but is this a system-related problem?
Or was this specific nomination judged to be suspicious?
Why does this happen
even when submitting something that meets the proper criteria?
I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.
