A bulletin board reports and guides community activities. It invites people to participate in activities and encourages them to join. That is why it is the best place for interaction. Of course, a bulletin board that is not used to inform people about community activities, such as a bulletin board used only to manage a housing complex or to advertise business activities, is not a Wayspot.
