I submitted that a wayspot be removed due to it being on private property and me being asked to leave their property. Very embarrassing. But they rejected my submission. Both of these stops are on private property and from what I’m aware of and learned is a stop cannot be within 40 meters of private property. Am I wrong?
Hello and welcome @ASONOFYHWH
This does not look like a single family private residential property.
The games are clear if it is a place that you shouldn’t trespass then it is is on players to respect that law.
It is not a reason to remove as those living there can use it.
Then why do my stops get denied for being on private property when it’s not and it’s a business like this? Why wouldn’t what you said apply to my stops?
if this is happening, this is an incorrect rejection reason. many people do not understand that private property means SFPRP, even though that is explained in the reviewing tool tip:
maybe share screenshots of a nomination this has happened with here if you would like advice on whether it would be a good idea to appeal or resubmit it?
I’m going to move this to nomination support as this query is not about the sort of query dealt with in appeals.
The solution has been provided here. I will take this information and apply it to a new nomination. Farewell
