Two Wayspots visible in Wayfarer but missing from Pokémon GO

Hello,

I noticed that two Wayspots are currently present in Wayfarer, but neither of them appears in Pokémon GO:

• Eudes da Cabidela
  Coordinates: -8.200224, -35.564362
• Caroatá Home Center
  Coordinates: -8.198724, -35.561904

Both Wayspots are correctly located and are already visible in the Wayfarer system. I have also checked the surrounding area, and there does not appear to be any obvious reason why they should be unavailable in Pokémon GO.

Since the two Wayspots are relatively close to each other and neither one appears in Pokémon GO, I would like to ask if someone from the company responsible for Pokémon GO could take a closer look at these two specific Wayspots and check whether there is any issue preventing them from being synchronized or displayed in Pokémon GO.

I am not requesting that the Wayspots be manually added as PokéStops, but rather that the records be checked to determine whether there is any technical or synchronization issue affecting them.

Both of these Wayspots are imported data only eligible to be used as Power Spots (except in India and Indonesia where they were later promoted.) You can read more about this data import here:

Clarifications on Pokémon Go Power Spots

Hello Explorers, In response to the widespread interest in this subject, the Wayfarer and Pokémon Go teams came together with some response to your main questions. If you ever see any of these that you feel meet the eligibility requirements to be Wayspots, they can be submitted and go through the regular approval process. The first one seems to be a restaurant, which may be eligible, but the Home Center would most likely not be eligible.

I suspect that is the case, although I would note that this is Brazil where certain imports are used for Pokestops and Gyms. However, those Pokestop-eligible imports were added July 2024.

These two imports were added October 2024, which was the date of the worldwide Overture import. The Overture imports are not eligible to be Pokestops.

So there are two types of imports in Brazil and each behave differently. There is no ability to filter by import source.

Right, the dates showing on both of these from your tools were the same as the dates they were added here - I did double check. There is a nearby one that is a pokestop that was added at a different time.

It has to be really confusing living where some imports can be pokestops or gyms, and others can’t.

Oh, and I double checked that the Power Spot Oct 17, 2024 imports were only upgraded to be eligible to be Pokestops in India and Indonesia:
